I'm Becca, a Senior Product Designer building experiences, products, and services at the intersection of design and education.

For 5 years at Springboard (Series A to B), I played a pivotal role in founding and growing the product and learning experience design teams, building on a decade as a teacher, instructional coach, and professional learning designer.

Currently consulting with AI-native EdTech startups and prototyping AI learning experiences as a fellow with 4.0 and AI Circles.

At Springboard, I led product, service, and learning experience design across the B2C+B2B student experience—assessment and feedback systems, novel learning features like tutorials and exemplars, mentoring tools, and hireability assessments. I doubled grader efficiency while dramatically improving feedback quality, piloted a flexible mentoring model that halved operational costs, designed a first-of-its-kind Industry Project connecting students with companies across 4+ accelerators, and built research systems that reduced time-to-insight from weeks to hours.

When I'm not designing, you can find me scaling climbing walls, throwing dinner parties, MacGyvering household projects, or appreciating the Bay Area's diverse flora and fauna.
